I think i should go see a Doctor...

Critical studies on the monday was basically just us reading out from a hand out, i dont think its really that helpful, i'd much prefer to just be given the handout and read/highlight it for myself.

I started my elective on the tuesday, Visualisation and Illustration taught by louise weir. I found it really interesting and i think it will improve my drawing skills and make me more confident using different medias, both of which is why i took the elective in the first place. We have to do 10 lines in 10 different medias for home work which i did as soon as i got back, didn't take any time at all.

Thursday was a lecture about fashion history and development, which again was interesting and we got some more background knowledge which is always important to develop an understanding of the subject as a whole. Its nice to have a break from constant studio work, and is a proper lecture instead of critical studies which is just being read to from a sheet, very uninspiring, its no wonder no one goes.

At the weekend and throughout the week i had managed to complete my 30 design sheets for CDP but i was sick all day friday which really annoyed me since i'd actually done the work!!!! Once I got started with the quick designs I found them to be quite easy to do, especially as they could be variations of the same thing, its good to see things developing.

Now i need to narrow down my designs to six and illustrate the front and back of them, which i plan to begin next tuesday, we have to do them on CAD which is good as I can test out my photoshop skills.

I didnt go to uni on mon or tues because i was unwell again, next week is reading week so im going to go to the doctors and see if theres anything wrong as i seem to be getting ill quite a bit this term, ive also started taking vitamins and trying to eat more healthy foods (i.e less of all the uni junk!)
